* For Tour / Hotel Booking Confirmation, please deposit 50% of the Cost as Advance.
* Balance 50% Payment to be deposited 10 days before Tour start or Hotel Check in.
* Checks/Drafts/Bank Transfers to be made in advance as Tour / Hotel Room
   confirmation is subject to realisation i.e. actual credit of payment in bank account.
* Refund Policy :
  - Deduction of 10% if cancellation is done uptill 15 days before arrival/start.
  - Deduction of 25% if cancellation is done 14 days before arrival/start.
  - Deduction of 50% if cancellation is done 7 days before arrival/start.
  - No Refund if cancellation is done 3 days before arrival/start.
